All clients are required to fill out a health consent form that provides detailed insights into their medical history, personal preferences, and any specific areas of concern they may have.

This vital information is necessary not only for insurance purposes but also to ensure that each treatment is conducted safely and effectively.

By understanding any existing health issues, I can tailor my approach and identify the best possible treatments to suit your individual needs.

What is Personal Data??

Personal data is defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) (the “GDPR”) as any information relating to an identifiable individual who can be directly or indirectly identified, particularly through reference to an identifier. In simpler terms, personal data encompasses any information about you that allows for your identification. This includes obvious details like your name and contact information, as well as less apparent data such as identification numbers, electronic location data, and other online identifiers.

As of 25th May 2018, the new Data Protection Act 2018 took effect. I am obligated to inform you of the data I hold about you, the purposes for which it is collected, how I intend to use this data, who I may share it with, and the timeframe for its destruction. I want to assure you that I DO NOT share your information with anyone at all, under any circumstances. Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me, and I take every measure necessary to protect your personal details.   

What happens after I make an appointment with you?

You will receive a welcome email from me, which will include the client consent form as an attachment. Please take a few minutes to complete and return it before your appointment. Additionally, you may receive a reminder email from the booking portal one day prior to your appointment, depending on your opt-in preference when you make your booking.

There are some bruises and marks on my back?

This information is intended for clients receiving the Hot Cup Treatment. This treatment enhances circulation and blood flow, and the techniques applied may result in round-shaped marks and slight bruising. These marks are a typical outcome of such treatment; however, as recovery varies from person to person, they may persist for a upto a couple of weeks.

While all of the treatments can be quite relaxing, it is important to keep certain post-appointment considerations in mind.

Where are you based? Is there parking?

I am located in a modern shared office building close to East Midlands Airport. Complimentary onsite parking is available for your convenience. For security purposes, please provide your registration number before you attend your appointment, so the onsite security can be informed.
