Payment Policy

Your well-being and relaxation are my primary focus. As a dedicated self-employed professional, I concentrate fully on providing exceptional care to each client. I am committed to meeting your specific needs and delivering a service that exceeds your expectations and encouraging your return for future treatments.

To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, a 50% advance payment is required when booking your appointment. The remaining 50% should be paid on the day of your treatment via contactless payment or BACS payment if preferred.

Cancellation Policy

I recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise. I appreciate that this may lead you to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Changes to my schedule, including no-shows, rescheduling, and cancellations, can significantly affect my business, which is why I have established policies to safeguard the services I offer.

Last-minute replacements can be very difficult and challenging, so I kindly request your honesty and advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. 

Thank you for your understanding.

  • If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours notice before treatment.

    All of your advance payment will be refunded. Full refund will be given. 

  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours before treatment.

    50% of your advance treatment will be refunded. Half the amount will be refunded. 

  • If you cancel with LESS than 3 hours notice before treatment.

    All of your advance payment will be charged. No Refund will be given.

  • If you need to reschedule with LESS than 24 hours.

    I recognise that unexpected situations can arise and may be unavoidable. Therefore, please call or message me at your earliest convenience to discuss. If I am with a client and unable to answer, kindly leave me a message, and I will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can also contact me via email, text or social media.

  • Lateness.

    Clients who may be running late, please kindly notify me via WhatsApp, text, call, or email so I can adjust your treatment plan accordingly. This may involve shortening the treatment time or rescheduling to a different time on the same day when possible, in order to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees. Please note that if the treatment is shortened, the full amount will still be charged.

  • No Show

    If you do not show up to your appointment OR If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your appointment start time and you haven’t notify me at all. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled for no-show and you will charged the full amount of your advance payment. No refund will be given.
